How much does Beauty Booking cost?

Your first 50 appointments in Beauty Booking are free. After that, a master working alone pays from $3.33 a month with yearly billing (the Lite plan), and a salon pays from $6.67 a month for the whole salon (the Pro plan). Every paid plan starts with a free month, and clients book for free with no commission.

The prices below are App Store prices in US dollars as of November 2026. In Ukraine the App Store shows the same dollar amounts.

How much is that in hryvnias?

At the official NBU rate for 6 November 2026 (45.4432 UAH to the dollar), it comes out roughly like this:

  • Lite yearly: $39.99, about 1817 UAH, or roughly 151 UAH a month.
  • Lite month to month: $4.99, about 227 UAH a month.
  • Pro yearly: $79.99, about 3635 UAH, or roughly 303 UAH a month.
  • Pro month to month: $9.99, about 454 UAH a month.

This is a guide, not the exact figure on your statement. The App Store charges in dollars, and the amount in hryvnias depends on your bank's rate on the day of the charge.

What does the Free plan give you?

Free is a working tool for yourself. It has the calendar, the schedule, services, client cards and finances, but clients cannot yet find you and book online. You add the appointments yourself.

The limit is 50 appointments in total per account, across all your own workplaces together. Every client appointment you create counts, so deleting an old one does not give the slot back.

What happens after 50 appointments?

To keep adding new appointments you need a paid plan: Lite or Pro. Neither has a limit on the number of appointments. The first month of any paid plan is free, so you can try the switch without pressure.

What is in Lite?

Lite is for a master who works alone. It costs $3.33 a month with yearly billing ($39.99 a year) or $4.99 month to month.

  • No appointment limit.
  • Your booking page on the Beauty Booking site with your services, prices, free time and address.
  • Online booking through the page or through the Beauty Booking Telegram bot. Each booking arrives as a request that you confirm, decline or answer with another time.
  • Calendar, working schedule, client cards and finances.
  • A web back office in the browser on top of the iPhone app.

Clients install nothing: they book on your page in the browser or in Telegram.

What is in Pro?

Pro is for a salon. It costs $6.67 a month with yearly billing ($79.99 a year) or $9.99 month to month. It has everything in Lite, plus:

  • One price for the whole salon, however many masters work there. Masters join for free.
  • A salon owner and administrators.
  • The whole team on one day view, one shared client base for the salon.
  • Salon income broken down by master.

If you work alone and do not plan a salon, you do not need Pro: Lite covers everything for working on your own.

Can I pay for 3 or 6 months?

Yes. Besides a month and a year, the App Store has 3-month and 6-month terms. The longer the term, the cheaper each month:

  • Lite: $12.99 for 3 months (about 590 UAH) or $24.99 for 6 months (about 1136 UAH).
  • Pro: $25.99 for 3 months (about 1181 UAH) or $49.99 for 6 months (about 2272 UAH).

The hryvnia amounts use the same NBU rate for 6 November 2026.

How does the free month work?

The first month is free on both paid plans, whether you pay monthly or yearly. After it, the plan renews for the term you chose and the App Store charges you. Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew.

How do I cancel a subscription in the App Store?

The subscription is taken out through the App Store, so it is cancelled there too. On an iPhone, following Apple's instructions:

  • Open Settings and tap your name.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Choose the Beauty Booking subscription.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. The button may be at the bottom, so scroll down.

If there is no Cancel button, or a red message says when the subscription expires, it is already cancelled. Apple's full instructions in English: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428

Is there a commission on bookings?

No. Beauty Booking takes no commission on bookings, and clients book for free. The client pays only you, for the service, at your price and in your currency. You pay only for the plan.

Where can I see the current prices?

All plans and billing terms are on https://www.beauty-booking.biz/en/pro/pricing. The master app is only on iPhone for now, in the App Store; there is no Android version yet, and on a computer you can work in the web back office.
